RYE BOAT CHIPPED BEEF DIP
One of my mom's favorite dips that she used on her Christmas Eve buffet. You can put this in a hollowed out rye bread, or just serve with assorted crackers or raw veggies. It's addictive!

RYE BOAT DIP
This recipe is a little different than those that are already posted. Easy to make and great served with Rye, Pumpernickle, or Marble bread. Just a reminder, as the dip refrigerates, the dried beef will make it salty. The more dried beef you use, the saltier the dip.

Tips:
- Soften the cream cheese: Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing it with other ingredients. This will help it blend more smoothly and avoid lumps.
- Use fresh herbs: Fresh dill and chives add a bright, flavorful taste to the dip. If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs, but be sure to use less, as they are more concentrated.
- Don't overmix the dip: Overmixing can make the dip too loose and runny. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
- Serve the dip chilled: This dip is best served chilled, so be sure to refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish the dip with additional herbs: Before serving, sprinkle some additional fresh dill and chives on top of the dip for a garnish.
