DILL AND CUCUMBER DIP
Steps:
- Chop cucumber into small bits and the spring onion finely. Then combine all ingredients except for the salt, into a bowl and chill for about one hour. You may want to add or lessen the amount of sour cream or miracle whip/mayo that you use depending on your own taste buds, I prefer miracle whip in this dip. Make sure to add salt at the last minute to avoid a watery dip - make sure to completely drain the water from the cukes! Yummy for your tummy. Let me know what you think, please.
Tips:
- For the best flavor, use fresh cucumbers and dill.
- If you don't have fresh dill, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried dill.
- To make the dip ahead of time, cover it and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- Serve the dip with pita chips, vegetable crudités, or crackers.
- For a creamy dip, add 1/2 cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- For a spicy dip, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
- For a tangy dip, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- For a smoky dip, add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika.

Dill and cucumber dip is a refreshing and flavorful dip that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste.
