Tips:

  • Use sugar-free chocolate: This is the key to making diabetic-friendly fudge. You can find sugar-free chocolate chips or bars at most grocery stores.
  • Add some healthy fats: Nuts, seeds, and avocado are all good sources of healthy fats that can help to balance out the sweetness of the fudge.
  • Use a natural sweetener: Stevia, erythritol, and monk fruit are all natural sweeteners that can be used in place of sugar.
  • Don't overcook the fudge: Overcooked fudge will be grainy and crumbly. Cook it just until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it: This will help to prevent it from crumbling.
