Tips:

  • Choose Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese: Using reduced-fat cream cheese can help reduce the overall fat and calorie content of the fudge without sacrificing its creamy texture.
  • Use a Sugar-Free Sweetener: For a diabetic-friendly fudge, opt for a sugar-free sweetener like stevia or erythritol. These sweeteners provide sweetness without the added carbs and sugar.
  • Incorporate Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips: To add a chocolatey flavor and texture, use sugar-free chocolate chips. These chips are available in various forms, such as dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Chill the Fudge Properly: Be sure to chill the fudge for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow it to set properly. This will give you a firm and smooth fudge texture.
  • Cut the Fudge into Small Pieces: When serving the fudge, cut it into small pieces to control portion sizes and prevent overindulgence.
