6 eggs
8 slices bacon
¾ cup light mayonnaise
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon red hot sauce
