This recipe came out quite a few years ago. I believe it was supposed to be somewhat of an "antioxidant" drink, also good for preventing leg cramps and mosquito bites!!!! It was actually marketed in this area for a while and may still be, but I have not seen it for a long time. It is recommended that you drink 2-4 ounces a day. You may chalk it up to being one of those home remedy recipes! I have never tried it, but at least the title is interesting!

Time 5m

Yield 3 quarts

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 (12 ounce) can frozen grape juice concentrate
9 cups water
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup honey

Steps:

  • Mix all in a large glass container.
  • Keep chilled.

Tips:

  • Choose the right time for your detox jogging: Morning is the best time to go for a detox jog. This is because your body is naturally in a fasted state after a night's sleep, which makes it more efficient at burning fat.
  • Start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your runs: If you're new to jogging, start with a short run of 10-15 minutes and gradually increase the distance and time as you get fitter.
  • Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your run to stay hydrated. Dehydration can lead to fatigue and decreased performance.
  • Listen to your body: If you feel pain or discomfort during your run, stop and rest. Pushing yourself too hard can lead to injury.
  • Make detox jogging a part of your routine: Aim to jog for at least 30 minutes three times per week to see the maximum benefits.

Conclusion:

Detox jogging is a great way to improve your overall health and well-being. It's a simple and effective exercise that can be done anywhere, anytime. By following these tips, you can make the most of your detox jogging experience and achieve your fitness goals.
