DELICIOUS SPAGHETTI SAUCE
I have tried many different spaghetti sauce recipes and never been satisfied. But I LOVE this one. I have made it many times since I first came up with it. I don't usually add the sugar because the balsamic vinegar adds some sweetness.

Tips:
- Selecting the Right Tomatoes: Choose ripe, flavorful tomatoes for the best sauce. Look for tomatoes that are deep red in color and have a firm texture.
- Enhance Flavor with Aromatics: Sautéing onions, garlic, and herbs in olive oil before adding the tomatoes enhances the sauce's flavor. Use fresh herbs like basil, oregano, and thyme for a fragrant sauce.
- Simmer for Richness: Simmering the sauce for at least 30 minutes allows the flavors to meld and develop. The longer you simmer, the richer and more complex the sauce will be.
- Season to Taste: Adjust the seasoning of the sauce to your preference. Salt, pepper, and a touch of sugar can balance the flavors.
- Add Meat or Vegetables: Customize the sauce by adding cooked ground beef, sausage, or vegetables like mushrooms, zucchini, or bell peppers.
- Serve with Your Favorite Pasta: Spaghetti, linguine, or penne are classic pasta choices for spaghetti sauce. You can also use the sauce with ravioli, gnocchi, or lasagna.
- Freeze for Later Use: Make a large batch of sauce and freeze it in airtight containers for later use. This is a convenient way to have homemade sauce on hand for busy weeknights.
