- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, Worcestershire, and lemon juice.
- Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and hot sauce and mix until smooth. Stir in crab meat.
- Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm, with slices of sourdough bread, crackers, tortilla chips or chopped cold veggies.
- Leftover crab dip will keep, stored covered in the fridge, for up to 5 days. Rewarm in the microwave.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in the Asiago, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt, pepper, seafood seasoning and 1/2 cup of the Cheddar until well combined. Fold in the crab meat. Transfer to a 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar.
- Bake until browned and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with crackers, bread or tortilla chips!

- Make the refried black-eyed peas: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute 30 seconds. Add the black-eyed peas, vegetable stock, chili powder and cumin. Mash the mixture with a potato masher. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Make the guacamole: Peel, pit and mash the avocados in a medium bowl. Add the lime juice, onion, cilantro, hot sauce, salt and garlic. Mash to desired consistency.
- To finish: Layer the refried black-eyed peas in eight 6-ounce jars, followed by the guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, green onions, tomatoes and olives. Serve with the tortilla strip chips.

Steps:
- Mix Cream cheese, Mayonnaise, Cream cheese (use mixer for fluffy texture).
- Add all spices and continue to blend.
- add vegetables and blend with wooden spoon. Mixing well.
- Add Cheese and Crab. Blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- Before serving blend again to distribute any pockets of spice.
- If using for Crab Salad, spread on muli grain bread or buns.
- If using for salad topping, place 3/4 cups on bed of salad greens.
- If using for dip, serve with baguette, white corn chips or crackers.
