DELICIOUS COCONUT CUSTARD PIE
Very tasty, creamy textured pie. got recipe from another sight some time ago. family and friends love it. If crust and filling starts to brown to fast, lightly cover with aluminum foil.. Filling may look grainy when mixing is completed, that's ok, finished product will be fine. .

Tips:
- Use fresh shredded coconut for the best flavor and texture.
- If you don't have a food processor, you can grate the coconut by hand using a box grater.
- Be sure to use a large enough baking dish so that the custard has room to spread out and cook evenly.
- Bake the custard until it is set but still slightly wobbly in the center. This will ensure that it is creamy and smooth.
- Let the custard cool completely before serving. This will help it to firm up and develop its full flavor.
