LOW-FAT DEEP DISH PIZZA CASSEROLE
Another one from my mom. Incredibly good, incredibly easy, reheats well...what more can you ask for? I'm not fond of chunky tomato sauce, so I just get plain and spice it up with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Tips:
- Use a pre-made pizza crust to save time. You can also make your own dough if you have the time and prefer a more homemade taste.
- Don't skimp on the cheese. Deep dish pizza is known for its generous amount of cheese, so be sure to use a good quality cheese that will melt well.
- Layer your ingredients carefully. Start with the sauce, then add the cheese, followed by the toppings. This will help to ensure that the pizza is cooked evenly.
- Bake the pizza at a high temperature. This will help to create a crispy crust and prevent the pizza from becoming soggy.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help to prevent the cheese from running out.
