Tips:

  • Use a variety of vegetables: This will add flavor, texture, and nutrients to your salad. Some good options include celery, onion, carrots, and bell peppers.
  • Don't overcook the tuna: Tuna is a delicate fish, so it's important to cook it quickly and carefully. Otherwise, it will become dry and tough.
  • Use a light hand with the mayonnaise: Mayonnaise is a high-calorie ingredient, so it's important to use it sparingly. A little bit goes a long way.
  • Season to taste: Every palate is different, so be sure to season your salad to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other spices until it reaches your desired flavor.
  • Serve immediately: Tuna salad is best served immediately after it's made. Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
