1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 cups pecan halves

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a pre-heated skillet (medium heat) Stir together maple syrup, vanilla and sea salt. Fold in pecans coating all the pieces with the syrup.
  • Continue to cook until the syrup caramelizes (constantly stir so it doesn't burn). This will take approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place on prepared baking sheet and let cool. Store in an airtight container.

1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ¼ teaspoons coarse kosher salt, divided
¾ teaspoon curry powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cups pecan halves

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large-rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Mix onion powder, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt, curry powder, and cayenne pepper together in a small bowl.

2 tablespoons egg white (1 extra-large egg)
1/2 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 cups whole pecan halves (8 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon fleur de sel

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Spray a sheet pan with the cooking spray or brush it lightly with oil.
  • Place the egg white in a large bowl and whisk vigorously for 15 seconds, until light and frothy. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 1/2 cups raw pecan halves

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • IN large skillet melt butter over low heat. Add the curry, giner, S&P, stirring to mix spices into butter. Cook 2 minutes. Add the pecans and cook 2 minutes. Pour maple syrup on top stirring, cook another 2-3 minutes or until syrup has thickened and nuts look glazed. Pour the nuts onto parchment paper separating. when cool, move to sealed container.
