1 tsp bottled steak sauce
1/2 tsp curry powder (more if desired)
1 1/2 c minced cooked chicken
1/3 c minced celery
1/4 c minced flat-leaf parsley
1/4 c toasted almonds, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Blend cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder - mix well. Add chicken and celery with 2 tbsp. parsley and refrigerate remaining parsley.

  • Use a food processor or blender to finely chop the chicken. This will help it blend smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • Season the chicken mixture generously with curry powder, salt, and pepper. You can also add other spices or herbs to taste.
  • Chill the chicken mixture for at least 30 minutes before shaping it into a log. This will help it firm up and make it easier to handle.
  • When rolling the chicken mixture in the shredded cheese, press firmly to ensure that the cheese adheres to the chicken.
  • Bake the chicken log until it is golden brown and bubbly. This will take about 25-30 minutes.
  • Let the chicken log cool slightly before slicing and serving. This will help it hold its shape.

Conclusion:

It is made with a flavorful mixture of chicken, curry powder, and cheese, and it is baked until golden brown and bubbly. Serve it with your favorite dipping sauce for a satisfying and crowd-pleasing snack.
