In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, cream, curry powder, cilantro, sugar and some salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Allow to chill for several hours (or even overnight).
