Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: Fresh vegetables, herbs, and chicken will give your soup the best flavor. If you can, buy organic ingredients to avoid pesticides and other chemicals.
- Don't overcrowd the pot: When you add too many ingredients to the pot, the soup will become watery and bland. Add the ingredients in small batches and cook them until they are tender before adding more.
- Season to taste: Don't be afraid to taste your soup as it cooks and adjust the seasonings as needed. Add more salt, pepper, or herbs until the soup tastes just the way you like it.
- Let the soup cool slightly before serving: This will help to prevent the noodles from becoming overcooked and mushy.
