- 1. Rinse the sliced and separated onion rings under cold water for a few minutes to remove the harshness. Drain well.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, sugar, celery seed, dill, salt and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
- 3. Toss in the sliced and scored cucumbers, celery slices and onion rings.
