1-2 large peeled cubed english cucumber (3/4 pound)
1 c frozen strawberries
1/3 c sugar or sweetner of choice
1/4 c fresh lime juice
2 c cold water

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in blender except water and blend till cucumbers and strawberries are smooth. Pour through medium mesh sieve into pitcher. Add cold water, stir. Pour into glasses with ice and garnish with strawberries limes or cucumbers.
