1 English cucumber
1/2 medium onion
1 large garlic clove
3 Tbsp mayo
2 Tbsp sour cream
1/8 tsp pepper
Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Cut 3 tomatoes into 1" pieces, cut 2 cucumbers in half and slice and thinly slice 1/2 of the onion. Combine all of the prepared vegetables in a medium bowl.
