Tips:
- Prep your veggies: Before you start cooking, wash and chop all of your vegetables. This will save you time and make the cooking process go more smoothly.
- Use a nonstick skillet: A nonstick skillet will help prevent your quiche from sticking and make it easier to flip.
- Cook the quiche over medium heat: Medium heat will help the quiche cook evenly without burning.
- Don't overcook the quiche: The quiche is done when the eggs are set and the center is no longer runny. Overcooking will make the quiche dry and tough.
- Let the quiche cool slightly before serving: This will help the quiche hold its shape when you slice it.
Conclusion:
Crustless quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover vegetables. With a few simple tips, you can make a perfect crustless quiche every time.
