1 can(s) (12 ounces) evaporated lowfat milk 2%
3 large eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1/2 c chopped red pepper
