Tips:

  • Choose a variety of fruits: Use a mix of dried and fresh fruits to get a variety of textures and flavors. Popular dried fruits include raisins, cranberries, and apricots, while fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and bananas add a pop of color and sweetness.
  • Use nuts and seeds for added crunch: Nuts and seeds add a satisfying crunch to your snack mix and provide healthy fats and protein. Some popular options include almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  • Add some sweetness with chocolate or granola: For a sweeter snack mix, add some chocolate chips, granola, or honey. These ingredients will help to balance out the tartness of the fruits and nuts.
