Tips:

  • Use fresh fish fillets for the best flavor and texture. If using frozen fish, thaw it completely before cooking.
  • Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels before coating them. This will help the coating adhere better.
  • Use a light hand when coating the fish fillets in the breadcrumb mixture. Too much breading will make the fish dry and heavy.
  • Bake the fish fillets at a high temperature for a short amount of time. This will help to create a crispy crust and prevent the fish from becoming dry.
  • Serve the fish fillets immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Conclusion:

This recipe for Crunchy Baked Fish is a delicious and easy way to prepare fish. The fish fillets are coated in a crispy breadcrumb mixture and baked until golden brown. The result is a flavorful and flaky fish dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. Serve the fish fillets with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or lemon butter sauce.
