1 large egg white
1 c water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
6 large apples, peeled
oil for frying
cinnamon and sugar
FROSTING:
4 Tbsp butter, melted
1/3 c sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp milk
1 to 1-1/2 c powdered sugar
