- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ground mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Beat on medium-high speed until combined. Using a spoon or rubber spatula, gently fold in the lump crab meat. If you used hot sauce, taste, then add more hot sauce if desired.

- Bake for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Serve warm.
- Cover and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave or in a 350°F (177°C) until warmed throughout.
Tips:
- Use fresh crab meat. Fresh crab meat has a sweeter, more delicate flavor than canned crab meat. If you can't find fresh crab meat, you can use canned crab meat, but be sure to drain it well before using.
- Don't overcook the crab meat. Crab meat is very delicate and can easily be overcooked. Cook it just until it is heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Use a good quality cream cheese. A good quality cream cheese will make your dip smooth and creamy. Avoid using low-fat or fat-free cream cheese, as it will make your dip grainy.
- Add some flavor to your dip. You can add a variety of flavors to your dip, such as garlic, onion, herbs, or spices. Be creative and experiment with different flavors to find what you like best.
- Serve your dip with a variety of dippers. You can serve your dip with a variety of dippers, such as crackers, chips, vegetables, or bread. This will allow your guests to choose their favorite dipper.
Conclusion:
Cruisin' Crab Dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. It is made with fresh crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and a variety of seasonings. This dip is sure to be a hit with your guests!
