MEATBALLS BAKED FOR A CROWD PLEASER OR FREEZER
These moist flavorful balls are quick to get together, quick and easy to cook with little clean up because these are baked in the oven! I loved roasted garlic in mine but you can use your choice. Be Careful as you add the salt because there is some in prepared breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce and the cheese. So take note if watching your sodium.

Tips:
- Choose the right meat: Ground beef, pork, or a combination of both works well for meatballs. If you want a leaner meatball, use ground turkey or chicken. You could make vegetarian meatballs with lentils, beans, or tofu.
- Season generously: Don't be shy with the spices and herbs. A good combination includes garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Use bread crumbs or rice to bind the meatballs: This will help them hold their shape. You can also use oatmeal or quinoa if you prefer.
- Don't overmix the meatball mixture: Overmixing will make the meatballs tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Form the meatballs into uniform balls: This will help them cook evenly. Use a spoon or an ice cream scoop to make the meatballs the same size.
- Cook the meatballs thoroughly: Meatballs should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius). You can cook them in a skillet, the oven, or a slow cooker.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce: Marinara sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or barbecue sauce are all great options.
