Kosher salt
Mock Mascarpone Cheese, recipe follows
Roasted red peppers, peeled and sliced
Fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
