2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless sirloin steaks, cut up in small pieces
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
  • Cook on low 4 to 6 hours in crock pot.

2 lbs beef flank steak
6 slices canned pineapple (reserve 1/2 cup juice)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup long grain rice

Steps:

  • Roll flank steak, tie and cut into 6 individual steaks.
  • In a shallow bowl, stir together pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, sherry, sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
