RANCH STEAK WITH VEGGIES IN THE CROCK POT

Ranch Steak With Veggies in the Crock Pot image

This is a really good fast, kinda, recipe that instead of using a roast, you use thinly cut steaks as the meat. My husband and I just wash the potatoes and then just put them directly into the crock pot, so we leave out the water without drying them. I hope you will try this and let me know what you think.

Tips:

  • For the best results, use a good quality beefsteak, such as a ribeye or strip steak. The meat should be at least 1 inch thick.
  • Tenderize the steak before cooking. This will help to make it more tender and flavorful.
  • Use a well-seasoned cast iron skillet for frying the steak. This will help to create a crispy crust.
