1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 cups spiral pasta, cooked and drained
2 packages (3-1/2 ounces each) sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. 1 box spiral pasta (uncooked but rinsed)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 c pepperoni
1 can(s) tomato paste
1 c water
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Spray Large Crockpot 6qt or larger with non-stick spray
  • 2. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Drain excess fat.
  • 3. Rinse pasta (uncooked) and place in the crock-pot with drained ground beef mix. Stir. Tomato paste and water over noodle mix.
  • 4. Top with shredded Mozzarella, Cover and cook on low for 3 hours (no peeking).

1 green onion
1/4 cup sliced green olives
