Indulge in the tantalizing flavors of Crock-Pot Green Chili, a delectable dish that effortlessly combines the warmth of roasted green chilies with a symphony of savory spices. This versatile recipe offers three distinct variations, each catering to a range of taste preferences.
1. **Classic Crock-Pot Green Chili**: Experience the traditional charm of green chili in its purest form, where tender chunks of pork shoulder and a medley of vegetables bask in a flavorful broth, creating a comforting and hearty meal.
2. **Chicken Crock-Pot Green Chili**: For a lighter yet equally satisfying option, chicken takes center stage in this variation. Succulent chicken breasts mingle with green chilies, corn, and beans in a zesty broth, resulting in a flavorful and wholesome dish.
3. **Vegetarian Crock-Pot Green Chili**: This plant-based rendition of green chili is a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. A combination of hearty beans, colorful vegetables, and roasted green chilies simmer in a savory broth, creating a satisfying and nutritious meal.

Steps:
- 1. add about half a can of beef broth into crock pot with the bouillon cubes.
- 2. Add drained tomatoes and green chilis that have been drained and rough chopped.
- 3. Add chopped onion, garlic, oregano and beef. Stir well, cover and cook for 8 hours on low. You can also cook on high for 4 hours but I think the flavor is better on low heat.
- 4. This makes liquid as it cooks so don't be tempted to add additional, especially if you are going to roll into burritos. If you like it spicy use the seeds from the green chilis.
