13.8 oz refrigerated pizza crust
2.5 cups chicken (cooked and cubed)
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup red onion (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup green pepper (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup yellow pepper (roughly chopped)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Steps:

  • Lightly spray your 6-quart crock pot or Casserole Crock Pot with cooking spray and spread your pizza crust out, pushing the edges up the side of your crock.
  • Pour your bbq sauce on your crust and spread evenly with a spoon
  • Sprinkle your cheese evenly across the top, reserving a little to put on top of your toppings if you would like
  • Add your toppings and remaining cheese, if you reserved some
