Steps:
- 1. Chop all veggies and add to crock pot.2. add low sodium chicken broth and meat.3. you can use either raw chicken breasts or left over chicken or turkey.4. add seasonings to taste, i only use a sprinkling of lawrys seasoning salt because i want it to be low sodium.5. cover and cook on low for several hours.6. when you are ready to serve, add egg noodles ,stir and replace lid for about 10 to 15 minutes . dont over cook noodles, stir and serve. easy and tasty. For the seasoning powder , I use Mrs. Dash. I only use just a small sprinkle of the Lawry's because I am trying to lower the sodium. Its very tasty this way, but season to your taste. You can use Left over Chicken Or turkey for this as well. Very Yummy and just as easy as can be.

CROCK POT CHICKEN AND NOODLE SOUP

Steps:
- 1. Cut chicken breast in chunks. Put in crockpot. Add water.
- 2. Add carrots.
- 3. When chicken is cooked through, take out of crockpot. Put on cutting board and cut chicken in bite size pieces. Put back in crockpot.
- 4. Add minced onion and bouillon.
- 5. Cook noodles in small pan on the stove. Add to crockpot and cook for another 10 - 15 minutes.
- 6. Cook on low for two hours. Then cook on high for one more hour.
Tips:
- Prep the Veggies: Wash and chop the carrots, celery, and onion before starting the soup. This will save time and ensure that the vegetables are evenly cooked.
- Use a Whole Chicken: A whole chicken will provide more flavor and nutrients to the soup. If you don't have a whole chicken, you can use chicken breasts or thighs.
- Don't Overcrowd the Crock Pot: Make sure there is enough space in the crock pot for the chicken and vegetables to cook evenly. If the crock pot is too crowded, the food will not cook properly.
- Cook on Low: Cooking the soup on low for 6-8 hours will allow the flavors to develop and the chicken to become tender.
- Season to Taste: Once the soup is finished cooking, taste it and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or herbs.
- Serve with Noodles: Serve the chicken noodle soup with your favorite noodles, such as egg noodles, pasta, or rice.
Conclusion:
This crock pot chicken noodle soup is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a cold winter day. The soup is packed with flavor from the chicken, vegetables, and herbs. It is also a great way to use up leftover chicken. Serve the soup with your favorite noodles and enjoy!
