6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened
6 slices ham
6 slices swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup white wine
3 tablespoons milk (optional)
1 tablespoon sherry wine (optional)
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Put ham and cheese on chicken.
  • Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place chicken in the crock pot so it looks like a triangle /_\ .

4 -6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
4 ounces ham, sliced
4 ounces sliced swiss cheese
1 (6 ounce) box herbs (Such as [Stove Top ) or 1 (6 ounce) box chicken flavor stuffing mix (Such as [Stove Top )
1/4 cup butter, Melted
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • In a bowl whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk until combined.
  • Pour half of the soup & milk mixture in the bottom of a 6-7 quart oval crock-pot.
  • Arrange chicken breasts on top of the soup mixture.

6 Thin Slices Ham
6 Thin Slices Swiss Cheese
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Flour, for Coating
1/2 Pound Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Dry White Wine (or Chicken Broth)
1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary, Crushed
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
2 Teaspoons Cornstarch Mixed with 1 Tablespoon Cool Water
Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks and roll each in flour. Place mushrooms in the crock pot, then the chicken breasts. 4 slices deli ham
4 slices swiss cheese or provolone cheese or cheddar cheese
1 can(s) (10 ounce) cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c milk or sour cream
1 can(s) (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Season pounded chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on chicken. Roll up and secure with toothpick.
