6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Flour, salt, pepper - mixed
1 clove minced garlic
3 T sliced almonds
1/4 cup Amaretto
1 cup heavy cream or half and half

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter. Coat the chicken breast in the flour mixture and saute in the butter, turning until cooked thru and browned. Add garlic. Remove chicken and keep warm. 3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper, Ground
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 can frozen orange juice
1 cup Amaretto

Steps:

  • Mix the can of frozen orange juice with a half can of water.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
