Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your cookies.
  • Measure your ingredients carefully. This is especially important for the rice, as too much or too little can result in cookies that are too dry or too soft.
  • Do not overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the cookies tough.
  • Chill the dough before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are golden brown around the edges. Overbaking will make them dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before enjoying them. This will allow them to develop their full flavor and texture.
