Tips:
- Use high-quality wonton wrappers. Fresh or frozen wrappers will work well, but avoid using dried wrappers as they are more likely to crack and break.
- Make sure the wonton wrappers are completely sealed. This will prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking.
- Fry the wontons in hot oil. This will help them to crisp up and prevent them from becoming soggy.
- Do not overcrowd the pan. If you add too many wontons to the pan at once, they will not cook evenly.
- Serve the wontons immediately. They are best enjoyed when they are hot and crispy.
