1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-

Serve with additional dressing, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:

  • For extra crispy chicken nuggets, double coat them in the flour mixture and bread crumbs.
  • To make sure the chicken nuggets are cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check that they have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
  • To save time, you can use a food processor to grind the chicken breasts into small pieces.
  • For a healthier version of chicken nuggets, bake them in the oven instead of frying them.

Conclusion:

Crispy chicken nuggets are a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They can be served as an appetizer, main course, or snack.
