Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place chicken in a baking pan or baking dish and squeeze lemon juice over. In a small bowl combine onion powder, thyme, ground rosemary, salt, and ground black pepper. Sprinkle over the chicken pieces, cover with foil and bake until the juices run clear and the flesh is fork tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Add grape tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers, diced onion, cayenne, and Creole seasoning, and simmer for 15 minutes more. Remove from heat and whisk in butter.

EASY BAKED BEEF BRISKET
For a brisket recipe, this is considered very fast. The convention of cooking it low and slow often results in dried-out meat that never reaches the proper internal temperature. Instead of waiting all day and risking such disappointment, we dial up the temperature slightly and bake it in about half the time to ensure it's both tender and moist. Garnish with chives if desired.

- Trim excess fat: Trim off any excess fat from the brisket, leaving a thin layer of fat on top.
- Season the brisket generously: Season the brisket with a generous amount of Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. You can also add other spices or herbs, such as garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, or chili powder.
- Sear the brisket: Sear the brisket in a hot skillet or Dutch oven until browned on all sides. This will help to lock in the flavor and create a nice crust.
- Braise the brisket: After searing, transfer the brisket to a slow cooker or Dutch oven. Add beef broth, water, and any other desired liquids, such as wine or beer. Cover and cook the brisket on low heat for 8-10 hours, or until the meat is fall-apart tender.
- Let the brisket rest: Once the brisket is cooked, let it rest for at least 30 minutes before carving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful brisket.
