CREOLE CRAB STUFFED AVOCADOS
Recipe from www.letscookfrench.com and posted here for ZWT5. NOTE: after making this recipe, I have made some edits to the original recipe (it had too much mayo and it didn't give enough direction for the avocados).

Tips:
- Choose ripe avocados: Look for avocados that are dark green or almost black in color, with a slight give when you gently squeeze them.
- Prepare the avocados properly: Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- Use a variety of seasonings: Creole avocados can be seasoned with a variety of herbs and spices, such as garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
- Don't overcook the avocados: Avocados should be cooked briefly, just until they are heated through. Overcooking will make them mushy.
Conclusion:
Creole avocados are a delicious and versatile side dish that can be enjoyed in many different ways. They are perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal, or for a special occasion dinner. With their creamy texture and mild flavor, Creole avocados are sure to please everyone at the table.
