4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
butter flavored cooking spray
4 teaspoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
1 tablespoon lemon-pepper seasoning
4 teaspoons cream cheese
5 tablespoons lemon juice, or to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the tilapia fillets on the sheet, and coat them lightly with cooking spray. Spoon the melted margarine over each fillet, then drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season with lemon pepper and 2 tablespoons of dill.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  • While the fish is baking, combine the cream cheese, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of dill in a small bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds, then stir to blend.

Delicious, Creamy Tilapia Pasta! My husband loved this and I couldnt resist either! Its an easy recipe that seems to be a big hit!

1/2 onion
8-10 oz pasta (sea) shells
2 tilapia fillets (add an ex. fillet if you would like a stronger fish taste)
salt, pepper
garlic
parsley flakes
red pepper flakes
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
cilantro
2 Tbsp lemon juice
pinch orange zest & juice from orange
2 Tbsp flour
1 c milk
1 c chicken broth

Steps:

  • 1. Boil Water &remove from skillet and set aside. Cook Noodles according to package.
  • 2. Heat skillet with 1 TBSP of oil. Prepare Fillets with Garlic, Pepper, Parsley, Cilantro, lemon juice and orange zest and a squeeze of orange juice. Place in skillet and cook until fish is done. remove from skillet and set aside.
  • 3. Add about 1 TBSP of butter to skillet and add in onions, garlic and a touch(depending on your preference of how much of a kick you want)of red pepper. Saute for about 2 mins, leaving the onions with a slight crunchiness. Remove from skillet and set to side.
  • 4. Add about 3 TBSP of butter & 1 TBSP of Olive Oil to skillet. Once butter has melted add in Flour until blended. Next added in Milk and Chicken Broth. Bring to a boil to thicken. Add Garlic and Parsley for flavor. Also Add salt and pepper.
  • 5. Once your sauce has thickened mix in the onions and pour over noodles. Chop up the Tilapia and add to the Noodle mixture. Cook for 1-2 mins and serve.

1/2 pound tilapia fillets, cut into small chunks
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 28-ounce can San Marzano tomatoes, crushed by hand
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, plus more for topping
Kosher salt
10 ounces multigrain spaghetti
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Toss the tilapia, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon of the garlic and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining garlic and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, until the garlic starts to soften, about 30 seconds. Add the wine and simmer until reduced by half, about 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, 1/4 cup basil and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is slightly thickened, about 12 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook as the label directs.
  • When the pasta is almost done, add the tilapia to the skillet with the tomato sauce and simmer, stirring gently, until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Stir in the parsley and the remaining 1/4 cup basil; season with salt. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Divide among bowls and top with more basil.

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
5 slices center cut bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 to 3 grated garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
12 white mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 can San Marzano tomatoes
4 (6 to 8-ounce) tilapia fillets
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 (10-ounce) box frozen peas
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup basil leaves, shredded or torn

Steps:

  • Heat a pot of water to a boil, salt the water and cook pasta to al dente.
  • Heat a deep large skillet with 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil over medium-high heat. Add bacon and crisp 3 to 4 minutes. Add onions, garlic, bay leaf and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender but not browned, 5 minutes.   • Remove fish from skillet to a platter and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to pan. Brown butter, 2 to 3 minutes, stir in balsamic and simmer 1 to 2 minutes to reduce by half. Pour the brown butter and vinegar over fish.
  • Drain pasta, toss with sauce and wilt basil into pasta.
  • Serve fish with pasta alongside.
