2 jars (14 ounces each) spaghetti sauce
2/3 cup condensed cream of onion soup, undiluted
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/4 cups 1% cottage cheese
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
9 no-cook lasagna noodles
1/2 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes and spaghetti sauce; heat through. 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 cups water
3 1/2 cups mafalda pasta
1 (12 ounce) container cottage cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh or dried
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Steps:
