Tips:
- To make the seafood stuffing, use a variety of seafood, such as shrimp, crab, and scallops. This will give the stuffing a more complex flavor.
- If you don't have any white wine on hand, you can use chicken broth instead.
- Be careful not to overstuff the shells. If you do, they will be difficult to close and may burst open during baking.
- Bake the shells until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the seafood is cooked through. This will usually take about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the shells immediately with a side of marinara sauce.
Conclusion:
Creamy seafood stuffed shells are a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for a special occasion. They are also relatively easy to make, so you can enjoy them any night of the week.
