1 teaspoon pepper
6 ounces pepper jack cheese, grated

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter a medium casserole dish.
