Categories     Pork

Yield 4 people

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
3/4 cup milk
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
Paprika
Ranch-Style Rice

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Stir the soup, milk and 1/2 package salad dressing mix in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Sprinkle with the paprika. Serve with the Ranch-Style Rice. TIP Ranch-Style Rice: Heat 2 1/4 cups water and the remaining salad dressing mix in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Stir in 1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice and cook according to the package directions.

Tips:

  • Marinating the pork chops: Marinating the pork chops in the buttermilk and ranch dressing mixture for at least 30 minutes helps tenderize them and infuse them with flavor.
  • Use a good quality ranch dressing: The quality of the ranch dressing you use will greatly impact the flavor of the dish. Use a brand that you enjoy the taste of.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When browning the pork chops, make sure not to overcrowd the pan. This will prevent them from cooking evenly.
  • Cook the pork chops until they are cooked through: Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the pork chops are cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides: This dish can be served with a variety of sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice.

Conclusion:

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops with Rice is a flavorful pork chop dish packed with ranch flavor. It's easy to make, and the pork chops are tender and juicy. Serve it with your favorite sides for a complete meal that the whole family will enjoy.
