Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients. Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make a big difference in the final dish. Look for high-quality ham, broccoli, and pasta.
  • Cook the pasta al dente. Al dente pasta is slightly firm to the bite and will hold its shape better in the sauce.
  • Don't overcook the broccoli. Broccoli should be tender but still have a bit of a crunch.
  • Use a good quality cheese. A good quality cheese will melt smoothly and evenly, and it will add a rich, cheesy flavor to the sauce.
  • Season the sauce to taste. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste until the sauce is flavorful and well-balanced.
  • Serve immediately. Creamy pasta with ham and broccoli is best served immediately, while the pasta is still hot and the sauce is creamy.

Conclusion:

Creamy pasta with ham and broccoli is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover ham. With its creamy sauce, tender broccoli, and flavorful ham, this dish is sure to be a hit with the whole family.
