Tips:

  • Use a variety of meatballs for a more flavorful casserole. Try using a combination of beef, pork, and Italian sausage meatballs.
  • Make sure the meatballs are cooked through before adding them to the casserole. Otherwise, they will continue to cook and could become dry and tough.
  • Use a good quality marinara sauce for the casserole. A homemade sauce is always best, but a store-bought sauce will also work.
  • Add plenty of cheese to the casserole. This will help to make it creamy and flavorful.
  • Don't overcook the casserole. Otherwise, the meatballs will become tough and the cheese will become rubbery.

Conclusion:

Creamy meatball sub casserole is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight. It is also a great way to use up leftover meatballs. This casserole is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
