1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/3 cup fat-free milk

1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
