1/2 cup chopped green onions
10 flour tortillas (8 inches)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine ham and onions; place about 1/4 cup down the center of each tortilla. Top with 2 tablespoons cheese. ¾ cup sliced green onions
¾ cup chopped green bell peppers
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
10 (7 inch) flour tortillas
5 eggs, beaten
2 cups half-and-half cream
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce

8 eggs

1/2 cup salsa
1 avocado, cut into 8 slices
1/2 cup sour cream
