¼ teaspoon dried oregano

Tips and Tricks:

  • Prep your ingredients: Chop the parsley, mince the garlic, and crumble the feta cheese before you start making the dressing. This will save you time and make the process easier.
  • Use fresh herbs: Fresh herbs, like parsley, can make a big difference in the flavor of the dressing. If you can, use fresh herbs instead of dried.
  • Don't over-blend the dressing: A few pulses in the blender is all you need to combine the ingredients. If you over-blend it, the dressing will become too thick and lose its delicate flavor.
  • Taste the dressing before serving: Adjust the seasonings to your taste. You may want to add more garlic, lemon juice, or salt.
  • Serve the dressing immediately: The dressing is best when served immediately. However, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

This creamy garlic parsley and feta dressing is a versatile and delicious addition to any salad. It's easy to make and can be customized to your taste. Whether you're looking for a light and tangy dressing for a summer salad or a creamy and flavorful dressing for a hearty winter salad, this recipe has you covered.
