1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 (12-inch) prepared thin pizza crust
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until sizzling. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add chicken; sauté 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Brush liquid from pan over pizza crust. Top with spinach, chicken and cheeses.

250 grams all-purpose flour (2 cups)
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dry active yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 chicken breasts, shredded
Emeril's Essence seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 shallot, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken stock
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
sprinkle of cornmeal

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, salt and yeast. Add the water and mix with a wooden spoon or your hands. It should be sticky, but not lumpy.
  • Cover with saran wrap and a towel in a warm place, allowing it to rise for 24 hours. Transfer to a floured surface and shape into ball. Use when ready.
  • Place pizza stone in oven 8" from the broiler element and preheat to 500°F. You want stone to be in oven for at least 30 minutes at 500°F.
  • If using chicken breasts, heat medium skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Season with Emeril's Essence and cook in skillet for 4 minutes on each side until completely cooked through and shred. If using rotisserie chicken, just shred, add the seasoning and set aside.
  • In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until fat is rendered and crisp. Place on paper towel-lined plate and reserve 1 tbsp bacon fat.
  • In same skillet over medium heat, add butter. Add shallot and cook for about 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. Add flour and cook for about 1 minute, or until bubbly.
  • Slowly whisk in cream and chicken stock and cook for about 1 minute or until thickened. Add Italian seasoning and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Sprinkle pizza peel with cornmeal or flour. Use your hands to gently tug, pull and push the dough to the shape you want and place on pizza peel.
  • Spread a light layer of the garlic cream sauce over the dough, leaving about 1 inch around the edges untouched. Spread the cooked chicken and bacon throughout the pizza. Add the mozzarella, cheddar and remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Once stone is preheated, turn broiler to high. Transfer pizza to pizza stone and bake for 4-5 minutes or until top is bubbly and bottom is golden brown.

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Place the chicken breast in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook until no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Drain and cool slightly, then cut into strips.

1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
GARLIC SAUCE/TOPPINGS:
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup julienned sweet red pepper
2 cups shredded pizza cheese blend

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a saucepan, heat the buttermilk, oil, butter, honey and vinegar to 120°-130°. 1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 c half and half
1/3 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c parsley
TOPPINGS
2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 c (or more) mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 dash(es) parsley and basil, the fresher the better (use more or less to your taste)

Steps:

  • 1. This crust is the same as my Deep Dish Pizza Pie recipe for dough, just spread the dough out onto a flat pizza pan instead of a deep dish pan.
